Eat Right

Healthy You Q: How many meals should I eat a day?

Q. Are 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day better for you than three larger meals?

A. It kinda depends on what you’re having to eat! Dr. Pierre Dukan, nutritionist, says, “The obesity and overweight epidemic is linked to un-structured meals, snacking on salty, sweet and starchy foods (pizza, chips, hamburgers, etc.).” And for teens, the reality is that having three larger meals and a few snacks is just going to work better with your life.
