Go nutty for these energy (and peanut butter) packed banana cookies!

 

If you are looking for a lunch replacement that’s not only healthy but will boost your energy during the day (and tastes good), then you gotta try these banana energy cookies. Next time you are making rounds at the grocery store, ditch the preservative-filled packaged cookies and try buying the below ingredients to whip up your own homemade batch. This energy packed snack won’t disappoint your taste buds, we promise. 

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup of quick oats

½ cup of chocolate chips

1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl using a spatula

3. Place spoonful’s onto a nonstick baking sheet 

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
