    Broccoli

This vibrant green veggie has a high concentration of antioxidants which help fight off free radicals. Broccoli is also great for bone and heart health. We love this green veggie steamed with some lemon or raw dipped in ranch dressing.

    Pomegranate

This fruit is not only pretty to look at it's also really sweet and tasty to eat. Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and can help keep your skin glowing. Deseeding a pomegranate can be a major pain in the butt so if you need a how-to look here. Too lazy to deseed? No worries, just buy some pomegrante juice from your local grocery store.

    Carrots

You don't have to be a cute rabbit to enjoy this veggie. Carrots are filled with vitamin A which helps the liver get rid of toxins. Other benefits of carrots include a clear complexion, healthy teeth and gums, a healthy heart and improved vision.

    Yogurt

Eating just one serving of yogurt can provide you with tons of vitamins such as vitamin B12 and B5, potassium, riboflavin, iodine and zinc. Yogurt helps your body build strong T cells, which fight off infections. There are a lot of different flavors to choose from so there's no need to settle for boring ol' plain yogurt.

These little seeds are anything but ordinary. They are packed with essential nutrients, which include: fiber, protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. And that's only naming some of them! Eat these seeds by blending a tablespoon of them into a smoothie of your choice.
