This sauce-less pizza makes the perfect healthy snack


Looking for that perfect healthy and refreshing summer food? Fantastic for a snack, lunch or dinner, this sauce-less naan and arugula pizza will change your life. We mean it.

What you’ll need: arugula • lemon juice • olive oil • shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese • naan bread • fresh mozzarella

What to do:

1. Lightly toast the naan at 350º F for 4-5 minutes.

2. While the naan is warming, mix the arugula, lemon juice, olive oil and Parmesan in a bowl like you would a salad, using as much or as little as you would like.

3. Next, slice thick pieces (about half an inch or less) of fresh mozzarella. Then take the naan back out of the oven and put 3-4 slices of mozzarella on each slice of bread, then put the tray back in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Once the cheese is fully melted, remove the naan from the oven and put as much or as little of the arugula mix on top.

5. Enjoy!
