*Whole-wheat toast with peanut butter and an apple

*A sandwich loaded with spinach, hummus, sprouts, tomatoes on whole-wheat bread
*Salad topped with chickpeas, olives, mushrooms, tofu and piles of your fave vegetables with a whole-wheat pita on the side
