Help stop cheerleading injuries
In our February/March issue of GL, we talked with Dr. Thomas Vangsness who reminded all cheerleaders to warm up and stretch out before practice. Remember to tell you coach if you don’t feel comfortable with a stunt and to speak up if you’re injured.
