Cheer on the U.S. women in the World Cup finals

They’ve done it again! The US Women’s soccer team beat France and made it to the World Cup. The last time they were in championship game was 12 years ago in 1999. This is huge!

After the unforgettable game against Brazil, the USA defeated France. Only a couple hours later, Japan beat Sweden (who the US lost to in the first stage of the Cup). This means that the US women will be playing the women of Japan in the Championship. The opponents have the same record as the US with one loss in the final game of the first stage. They will be a tough team to beat, but the US has the ability and the confidence to achieve this.

Tune in to ESPN at 2:45 pm on Sunday, July 17th to watch the game that will never be forgotten. Hopefully we can all watch the USA bring home the medal!
