Fall means extra layers of clothing, chilly temps —and unfortunately, nasty colds. It's easy to feel under the weather as the days get chillier, but don't fret, we've got just the fix you're looking fortea! In our eyes, it's basically a miracle in a mug. Not only can it be served hot 'n' cold, but it can totally work wonders for your health and body. From fatigue to breakouts, here are some teas we love that'll be sure to keep that immune system goin'.

Black tea

Okay so being tired isn't a sickness, but let's face it: getting out of bed on a chilly morning is a real struggle. Next time you find yourself going for the snooze button, get up and brew a warm cup of black tea. This tea is practically made for mornings. It’s naturally caffeinated and gives you the boost you need to power through your busy day.

Green tea

If there was an army of tea, green tea would def be the leader. This type is great for clearing your system of nasty toxins and waste. According to recent studies, green tea contains strong bacteria and virus-killing contents. This helps your bod fight off germs that cause you to get sick. Studies also show that people who drink green tea while they are sick are less the likely to spread their sickness to others. In addition to colds, green tea can also help with other condtions like acne. The University of Maryland Medical Center suggests drinking two to three cups of green tea a day. This will help supply your bod with all the right amounts of antioxidents it needs to repair skin cells and heal acne scars.

Echinacea tea

If you’ve got a cough or a runny nose, don't go for the Tylenol right away. Try echinacea tea! Echinacea, better known as the coneflower is a flower in the daisy family that has been used as a home remedy for years. The echinacea plant is packed with tons of vitamins and nutrients that will snap your immune system back into tip top shape. Oh, and this tea is also caffeine free! Next time you're having trouble sleeping, snuggle up with a cup of this before bed and you'll be catchin' zzz's in no time.
