5 *free* ways to treat yourself

While it would be nice to have money to treat yourself to a whole new wardrobe or buy Ed Sheeran front row tickets, in reality, you barely have enough allowance saved up to buy yourself Chipotle. It's still important though to do something for yourself every now and then so, especially with the stressful end of the school year approaching, why not treat yourself to something you'll love and that's also free?  

1. Take a long warm bubble bath. 
Fill up your tub with warm water and your fave bubbles to relax and improve your mood. Read a book, listen to music, or just sit in the tub but give yourself enough time to actually enjoy yourself and unwind. 

2. Bake your fave treats.
Nothing tastes better than your fave treats whether it's cupcakes, cookies, brownies, etc.  Put on some tunes and dance around while you make whatever you want to enjoy that day!

3. Give yourself a mani/pedi.
Sit down and take the time to give yourself the perf mani/pedi complete with soaking your feet and exfoliating. Watch your fave movie or TV show and paint on any color you love.

4. Ignore your phone and take a walk.
Everyone is so obsessed with checking their phone so try a mini digital detox. Leave it behind and take a long walk around your neighborhood by yourself.  Nature is calming and beautiful so enjoy it without the constant texts and notifications.

5. Nap and binge-watch.
Sometimes the best thing to do for yourself is take a nap so put on your comfiest pajamas and don't even bother to set an alarm. After you wake up just binge on your fave Netflix shows.
