Indoor workouts to raise your heart rate even when it’s freezing

Winter is *such* a drag. As the weather gets colder and the days get shorter, we absolutely cannot bring ourselves to step outside more than necessary. So what's a girl to do when she still wants to get her workout on—without having to bear the brrrr? Look no further, because we just found some amaze indoor workouts that'll get you feeling fab during these looong winter months!

Indoor cardio

This quick but effective indoor cardio workout is fab and fun. It consists of a combo of jumps, squats and lunges—plus a full warm-up and cool-down to protect your muscles from injury. The best part? It's only 30 minutes.

Dance workout

Did you know you can raise your heart rate by dancing? Yep—dancing is a great way to get active, stay fit and feel good during the winter months. With this amazing 2000s-themed video, find a place inside and Dance. It. Out!

Indoor HIIT workout

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are fast-paced but provide periods of brief rest throughout the workout. This HIIT routine is low impact (meaning that there are no jumps—your knees will thank you). That doesn't mean it won't keep you sweating all the way through, though.

This 15-minute vid provides a variety of different exercises, focusing on nourishing your whole bod. Plus, having a moment to sit down and stretch can help you remain centered, calm and relaxed.
