This quick but effective indoor cardio workout is fab and fun. It consists of a combo of jumps, squats and lunges—plus a full warm-up and cool-down to protect your muscles from injury. The best part? It's only 30 minutes.

Indoor HIIT workout
HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are fast-paced but provide periods of brief rest throughout the workout. This HIIT routine is low impact (meaning that there are no jumps—your knees will thank you). That doesn't mean it won't keep you sweating all the way through, though.
Never underestimate the value of a so-good stretch! Whether you're stretching to warm up or cool down, it's always our fave part of a good sweat sesh.
