Cute Idea Alert: Accountability Partners!

Always skipping your exercise or bailing on your workout buddy? Celeb trainer Torri Shack, who worked on Totally Fit with Mel B, shared her fab idea with us: Nab an accountability partner.
 
Basically, an accountability partner is an amped up workout bud. You guys won’t just make kinda-sorta plans to go jogging. Instead, you set a sched you both can keep (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:30, say)—and stick to it, no matter what.
 
And if either of you have to bail on a session, the girl who’s ditching has to pay up—literally. When you and your girl get together, decide what the fee is gonna be for missing a workout (maybe she’ll spot the next Starbucks run, or two missed workouts means someone’s gotta buy lunch or the new album you’ve been wanting on iTunes).
 
Don’t make the payback be outrageous, but don’t make the out totally easy, either. You’ll be sticking to your plan in no time.
