How do I liven up my locks?

I have the flattest, straightest blond hair that has ever been seen. It won't curl or hold any wave. Care to help liven up my locks a little?

Hey chica,
Hair that looks more flat than fab can be frustrating. But no worries, GL has tips for getting great hair without having curls.
Make a big bang
Getting fringe in the front is super stylish and can be made with a simple snip or two. If you think you might look good with bangs, ask a parent to take you to a hair salon. There, a stylist can give you the best bang for your buck and make sure it looks awesome.
Play with the length
Consider taking an inch or more off your hair. Short haircuts are très chic and can be spotted on tons of celebs, like Emma Watson and Victoria Beckham. But before you get the big chop done, make sure you’re certain that you’ll like the end result and have the guts to pull a short ‘do off.
Accessorize!
Hair accessories are always a fun way to liven up your hair. Buy a pack of cute hair clips (get ideas here) from the store or try a fun headband with an adorable bow.
Add a braid or two

Braids are a carefree way to create a new style. Make one braid on the left side and one on the right side of your head with the rest of your hair down. Clip the two braids together and you have an easy, boho-chic look. You can also try French braids, which always make for a classic look.
