What's with these warts? Help!

I’ve had warts on my fingers for weeks. They’re absolutely disgusting! I tried some medicine, but it doesn't help. What should I do?
Try duct tape. We’re not kidding. Warts come from a virus, says Dr. Jerome Aronberg, assistant professor of dermatology, Washington University, St. Louis. “There is no method available to kill ANY virus, but with warts, we try to ‘kill’ the skin that harbors the warts.” Most methods for this are kinda gnarly: freezing, burning or acid solutions to the skin. And then there are those over-the-counter meds, which aren’t working for you. So…duct tape. “Yes, the duct tape method often works, if used correctly. Put a piece of duct tape on cleansed skin, and leave it on for five days straight. Take the tape off, then scrape the white, hydrated, macerated skin with a single-edged razor blade. Wait a day, then repeat the process until the wart is gone, which might take six to eight weeks.” Don’t want an ugly scrap of electrical tape around your digits? Go to duckproducts.com. They have duct tape in colors like island lime and pink flamingo. No more kissing frogs, OK?
