Am I too young for a push-up bra?

I need an opinion. I'm almost 13, and am thinking about push up bras. Am I too young to get one?

You have to be 16 to get your learner's permit, 18 to vote, 25 to rent a car... but there aren't any age restrictions on push-up bras. While some mamas might not be too keen on their tween or teen daughter diving into the wonderful world of Wonderbras, it can't hurt to try a few on and see what you think of the result, right? Head to a department store, or a place that specializes in undergarments for a younger demographic, like Aerie, and pick a bunch of different styles, from push-up to full-coverage to demi-cup to balconette. Bring a smooth-fitting shirt or tank with you so you can get a good look at your bust in all these different brassieres, and go with the one that's comfy and gives you a look you like.

Just one thing: The thing about push-up bras is that it's easy to go overboard. Why stop at a slight lift when you can get your boobs lifted sky-high, right? Well, keep this in mind: Do you really want everyone to know you wear a push-up bra? 'Cause if you go into school one day with your breasts looking normal, then walz in Monday morning with a significant boost, folks might just figure out you've got a bit more than padding going on in there. Our best advice? Go for a natural look that gives you confidence rather than cleavage no one will believe.
