Wanna nix bad breath? Brush with a fluoride toothpaste twice a day (including your tongue!) and floss daily. If you do all these things and your bad breath is still outta-this-world whoa, see your dentist.
According to the American Dental Association, many things can cause chronic bad breath (also called halitosis): what you eat, food residue, gum disease, dry mouth. Dentists can treat bad breath, so don’t keep your mouth shut about it.
