One morning my parents woke me up early to do some lawn work. After I finished my chores, I went to the park with some of my friends hoping to bump into my crush. Luckily, he was there. I had recently gotten my hair cut and wanted to show it off to him. I started twirling my hair, hoping he'd notice, until I found a lump in the strands. I ran my fingers through it and to my horror there was a huge disgusting tick in my fingers. Everyone, including my crush, looked at me horrified. I can't even look at my crush now.
