Hittin' it on the head

One time at a school dance the music was getting loud, so my friends and I decided to go to the gym where they had basketball set up for those of us who didn't want to dance. I kept on getting hit by basketballs. I was complaining to my friends that I had gotten hit TWELVE times. My crush overheard me complaining, so as a joke he threw the basketball he had in his hands at me. Lucky me... it hit me right in the head, sending me straight into the arms of my BFF. My crush apologized through his laughter but EVERYONE saw. I was so embarrassed and from now on my friends warn "Watch your head!" whenever we go to the gym during a dance!
