This 8-year-old girl wrote a best-selling book about her brother

If you have a little brother or sister, you understand *just* how much of a pain younger sibs can be sometimes. They copy everything you do, always want to hang out with you and your friends and last week, returned your favorite hoodie with a giant ketchup stain on the front. But, as Nia Mya Reese learned, every sib sitch has a silver lining. Hers came in the form of a spot on Amazon's top seller list.

The 8-year-old decided to write a book based on taking care of her little brother after doing a project in her first grade class describing her 5-year-old bro, Ronald Michael (she claims she's a "great big sister to an annoying little brother"). Her mom then told her that she should turn what started as a short paragraph into something bigger...and that's exactly what Nia did.

Her book, How To Deal With And Care For Your Annoying Little Brother, has been a hit both online and in bookstores since it came out last Novembereven the mayor of Hoover, Alabama (Nia's hometown) came to one of her book signings! In an interview with CBS, Nia reveals that through writing the book, she learned one major lesson: to follow her dreams. We'd say she's definitely doing that, and inspiring girls of all ages to do the same.

If you could write a book about your family, what would the title be? Share in the comments!
