Get Inspired

It's time to revamp your cozy night routine

With the school year in full swing, we could all use a relaxing and cozy night routine in our lives to get us in the perf winter mood. From meditating with your diffuser on to chilling out with a face mask, we've got you covered with the best ever night routine. Zen energy coming your way...

Hot shower or bath

Epsom salts + your fave relaxing body wash (lavender, anyone?) = instant calm. Taking a shower or bath to rinse the day away cultivates alll the zen vibes.

Yoga

It's time to Stretch. It. Out. Hunching over your schoolwork all day can make it tough to relax your muscles (and practice good posture), but yoga is here to help you release all that tension. There are *tons* of amaze vids on YouTube to choose from (we heart Yoga with Adriene).

Essential oils

One of the easiest ways to chill out? Essential oils! Rolling on a relaxing scent like eucalyptus or lavender can make *all* the difference when it comes to the quality of your sleep.

Sip some tea

Before settling into bed, it's time to sip something soothing. From chamomile to a sleepytime blend, there are lots of flavors to choose from. It's the perf way to level up your whole evening, tbh.

Try a relaxing activity

We love a relaxing activity before bed. You can knit, draw, bullet journal or scrapbook—it's totally up to you! It's super important to have a relaxing activity to unwind with, bc it's true: You *so* deserve some time reserved for doing what Y-O-U love.

Journal

Whether you're a seasoned journaling pro or new to the activity, journaling is the perfect way to bring your day to a close. And if you're struggling with writer's block? NBD. We recommend writing down five things you're grateful for. There's truly no pressure—just write whatever comes to mind and let your thoughts flow.

Reading

If you're fully invested in BookTok, then you know that there's nothing more relaxing than getting lost in a good book. Open your current read and escape your worries for the night.

Deep breathing

Now that you're all ready for bed, it's time to take some deep breaths.  And if a guided meditation's more your style? Check this one out.

 Sweet dreams!
