Confuzzled about how 2 win GL's DAILY GIVEAWAYS?
Here's the fine print.
1. To enter, go to girlslife.com and register. Once you are registered, look for the GIVEAWAY OF THE DAY box (it's on just about every page!).
2. Enter AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT daily!
3. Enter for YOURSELF only. This contest is just for GL Girls. Not your mom, dad, Aunt Hilda, imaginary friend, or pet goldfish.
4. If you and your SISTER (who's also a GL
Girl) both want to enter, no prob. Just be sure to each use your own
e-mail address (or indicate whose entry is whose if share one or use
your parent's e-mail address). GL cannot be held responsible for
sibling rivalry if only one of you wins this month!
5. You can only enter for a specific prize ON THE EXACT DATE it's featured, starting at 12:01 EST. (OTHER TIME ZONES: As
long as it's past midnight on the East Coast, go ahead and enter!)
Sorry, no advance entries allowed, even if you're traveling to Africa
on a wild safari—or just grounded 'til next Thursday.
6. WEEKLY WINNERS are announced every FRIDAY by midnight. Sometimes we get the list up early, but please be patient with us. If you see your name on the Winners List please sit tight and your prize will be mailed to you. Winners will only be notified via email IF THERE IS A PROBLEM with sending and receiving.
7. You can only win ONE DAILY GIVEAWAY per
calendar month. So, if you win a prize on March 14, please sit on your
hands until the next month's giveaway starts on April 1. GRAND PRIZES
may only be won once a year but you are eligible to win the grand prize
and a daily prize in the same month. Hey, it could happen....
8. Winners are picked RANDOMLY from all the entries we receive each day. There is NOTHING you can do to
improve your odds. So please don't ask, plead or beg...it just makes us
feel bad.
9. Sorry, due to sweepstakes laws, only U.S. RESIDENTS (or girls who can receive prizes at a U.S. mailing address) are eligible. But we still love ALL our readers around the world!
10. GL sends all prizes via regular U.S. MAIL. Please allow UP TO 4-6 WEEKS (from the date winners are announced) for your prize to arrive. If you have not received your gift, please contact Trish (trish@girlslife.com) so she can research the sitch and help a sister
out. GL is not responsible for mis-delivered, stolen or damaged
packages.
