What’s with the hearts and the stars?

Any registered girlslife.com and Inkspiration user can heart or star an original story or published book once she’s logged in. If you heart a story or book, that means you love it. If you star a story or book, that means you can’t wait to read it.

How do I find my favorite stories?

How do I remove a story I’ve hearted or starred from my favorites?

Simple! Go to “My Favorites,” then click the “remove” button next to the story you want to delete from your list of faves.

How do I review a story I’ve read?

It’s a fact: Authors love reading what other people think of their stories, so the more you write, the better it is! Leaving one is easy. All you have to do is scroll down to the bottom of any chapter in the story—you’ll find all the reviews the story has received so far, as well as a comment box where you can type up and submit your own.

How can I find out who has hearted and starred my story?

Um, somebody left a bad review on my story. Can I delete it?

Sorry, sistah. Everyone has a right to their opinion, so if the review is negative, well, that’s the way the cookie crumbles. If it’s mean, though, that’s another story. Hit the report button and our moderators will take a peek and decide if it should be removed from Inkspiration.
