So what if there's one thing that really bugs you about your body?

You know that soap commercial that talks about all your 2,000 body parts? That’s a lot to love—so it’s reasonable to not be crazy about every single inch of your bod.

In fact, 75 percent of U.S. teen girls say they’d change something about their bodies if they could. But as much as you’d like to trade in a couple of parts for new ones, truth is, you’re stuck with what you’ve got. So show those heads, shoulders, knees and toes some love!

Think of a few positive traits about your most un-favorite part. Maybe you have some ginormous feet, but they’re probably what make you such a speedy swimmers. And those freckles on your face? A beautiful badge of your Irish heritage. This approach worked for Grace, 13:

“I used to hate my small eyes. But they just so happened to be framed with extra-long lashes. So now, I play them up, and my eyes are the first thing I’m complimented on!”

If you think you look good, others are going to pick up on that vibe. So get those parts out of hiding, and flaunt, flaunt away!
