Summer Date Looks

I’m going on a date this weekend and I don’t know what to wear. Can you help me pick something that’s adorable, but not too dressy?

Summer dates are basically the cutest thing on the planet. Whether you’re chilling in the movies or strolling along the beach, they’re always a blast. The catch? Getting dressed when it’s a million degrees can be a bit of a challenge. Right now, we’re hooked on darling florals for the just-right vibe. They’re not overly formal and feel feminine, without being kiddie.

If you’re going out for dinner…
A dress decked in garden-girl patterns is perf—and insanely effortless. This sweetie has a criss-crossed back, which makes it that much more cool (literally!). Heels are fab but peep-toe flats are way comfier. Opt for a side braid to keep those locks outta your face.

If you’re going to the movies or doin’
something low-key…
A skirt ‘n’ tank combo is flirty, and way fancier than your worn in cut-offs. Opt for a gauzy top to avoid getting overheated and rock out with some earthy sandals. This looks killer with a super-high bun and a slick of lip gloss.

For dates natural makeup is a must. Add glitter to your look with a piece of souvenir-inspired jewelry. Bonus points if you hauled it back from an exotic vacay. Didn’t get away anywhere fun this year? This sea-worthy charm necklace has ya covered.
