Third Wheel - An original poem

Hey girls! Here's an original poem on friendship written by a GL reader just like you. Have you ever felt this way? Tell us what you think of the poem and the emotions behind it in the comments.
As much as I whine and as much as I pout

I always feel like the odd one out
I’m the third wheel in this friendship
But I feel like I can’t say anything
Since it’s not like they are mean,
But sometimes I feel like I’m on the outside looking in
As they sometimes go into their own exclusive world
That has only room for two girls
I hate being the rain on their parade
But I just got to say
“Why don’t you two invite me anywhere?”
Do you just don’t care?
Do you not see me there, am I invisible?
Even though I’m right beside you, hearing you laugh and talk
Am I not relevant?
I’ve tried all I can; I don’t want to break you two apart
Since at least you two finally met your perfect pair
But why can’t the friendship be an even share
I’m starting not to care
And since you two are attached to the hip
I’ll just seal my lips
And let this keep on going since I know when I’m not wanted
I’ll still be friends
But I doubt this third wheel game will ever end.
