Dave: Teasing is one thing; being rude is another. It doesn’t matter whether or not this guy likes you—who wants to hang out with a dude who’s rude? Ignore the guy until the situation resolves itself.

Bill: Tell him you don’t appreciate the teasing, and leave it at that. If he gets no reaction from you, he might grow up. Also, request a seat on the opposite side of the classroom. If that doesn’t work, try garlic. It keeps vampires away, so maybe it’ll work on creeps.
