Cool looks from Fashion Week
Models are storming down the fall 2011 runways. And while we heart the clothes, we wanted to share our fave straight-off-the-catwalk beauty looks with you right this second.
For your lids…
Try steel-blue eye shadow
It’s totally subtle, but a sweet update on winter’s silver hues. Apply it to your lids, use it as a liner—whatever! Mascara and a bit of bronzer finish it off.

For your nails…
Rock a beaded mani (seriously!)
We were psyched when the folks at Dashing Diva sent us the DIY for the caviar-inspired nails at Cushnie et Ochs. Here’s what they did for a wicked 3D mani:
1. Apply 2 coats of black polish (they used Dashing Diva’s Limo Service Polish)
2. Apply nail glue all over the nail
3. Dip nails into black seed beads and sprinkle on black glitter.
4. If you can find activator spray (it’ll help your mani last longer), apply it. If not, simply let your masterpiece dry.
For your mane…
Up the shine
Slicked-back hair is a major trend. The good news? It looks a little grunge-meets-glam, which is always fun. To get the look, use a brush to sweep your locks back. Then, twist them into a bun or leave them in a super-messy pony. (Note: Don’t leave your hair down if it’s gonna have a high-gloss finish. It’ll look limp quick. Blech.)
Then, apply a dab of shine serum to the top of your head for a bit of polish. Pretty, and perf for a night out with your BFFs.
