My Crush
 
My crush is someone I cannot

name,
Not because I don't know him,

or am full of shame.
My crush is someone amazing

to be around,
He doesn't even have to talk,

or make a sound.
My crush has the best eyes,

and the best style,
Not to mention a knee-

weakening smile.
My crush and I are really good

friends,
But if I tell him he's my crush,

I'm afraid how it'll end.
My crush is a guy, so full of

energy and life,
Some girl will be lucky to be

called his wife.
My crush doesn't seem to feel

the same way,
And telling him I don't like him,

was the only thing I could say.
My crush, I'm afraid, will be

teased if they know its me,
So then I'd owe him a big

apology.
My crush is so funny, he makes

me laugh a lot,
I laugh at every joke, not

giving it any thought.
My crush is a crush, that’s all I

can say,
Love is a strong word,

especially when he doesn't feel the same way.
My crush, I must tell you,

you're the best of the best,
If I had to choose, I'd choose

you from the rest.
My crush, I'm writing this

because I respect you,
Just know I'll support you in

anything you do.
