5 ways to love your bod


 
It’s time to end body bashing! Here are five totally doable ways to up your body confidence and feel better about yourself in a flash. Get ready to feel fab, girl.

1. Stop comparing.
We’re all built differently, so there’s no sense in endlessly obsessing over why your bud was blessed with willowy ballerina limbs and you, well, weren’t. Oh and celebs? Don’t compare with them, either.

2. Make peace with all of your parts.
Spending tons of time hating your thighs or wishing your tummy would get flat will simply wear you out and isn’t worth your energy. It doesn’t do anything, other than make you feel bad. Instead, take a few deep breaths and remind yourself to be A-OK with your entire self.

3. Be a bit of a health nut.
When you take care of your bod, you automatically start to feel better about it. Don’t obsess, but seek out nourishing foods and plenty of exercise. Instant boost!

4. Surround yourself with positive girls.
If your crew is catty, it’s gonna wear off on you (or make you feel bad—constantly). This weekend, call your most upbeat friends...and make it a habit.

5. Remember that it’s a process.
It might be tough to drop your old habits, but keep working at it. Write down a list of things you love about you (inside and out) and read them out loud as often as you need to hear them. You’re gorgeous, girl, just the way you are.
