How to get that annoying crush off your back
This
boy at school likes me. He wrote me a song and said he’d wait until
high school for me to like him! I can’t change the way he feels,
but he can be pretty annoying. My friends don’t want to hang out
with him anymore.
Bill: How
good is the song? Just kidding. Let him know you aren’t ready to
reciprocate his feelings. Then, wait and see what happens. Maybe his
next song will move to the top of your playlist.
Dave: A
girl dissing a guy who wrote her a song? Hope this isn’t a trend.
Still, give it to him straight: He can wait as long as he wants and
pen ditties to his heart’s content, but his annoying ways are
off-putting. On the flip side, how will you feel when he makes a
fortune from a song about a girl he’ll never be with?
