Is your formal date crushing on you?



I like this guy and, when my friends told him, he was like, “Oh, cool.” I asked him to dance, and we did. I can’t tell if he was being nice or if he likes me. Oh, and I know he doesn’t take girls out because he doesn’t want to pay for dates.
 
Bill: You’re doing all the right things. Lead him to water. But if he doesn’t drink, find another horse. The next one might not be so lame. (Sounds like you’ve found Mr. Cheap!)
Dave: This guy has been given plenty of chances to go out with you. If he’s not willing to pay the price, move on to someone more perceptive. If this is simply a case of a guy preferring to spend his cash—and time—on other pursuits, then so be it. He might score high on Halo while some lucky guy wins you over as a girlfriend.
