Hey KathyGurl13! Thanks so much for being my buddy, It always help to have someone else to help motivate you!I've been trying to eat heatlthier lately, and I've been doing ok, but i need some work on the excersise part. So thanks! Hey everyone else, I have these really stubborn blackheads on my nose, I have tried a lot of different things and they won't go away! plz help!

MODS- I know this is about getting motivated about being healthy, but I seriously cannot get motivated over anything. Even guys are hard to talk about because I know I'll be over them in a day or two. How do I get motivated? Hey everybody! I don't know if anyone said this already, but: It is very important to exercise, but not so good to do so before bed. Exercising gets your blood pumping and your brain thinking, so it will be hard for you to go to sleep. Sleep is the most important thing anyone could get. The morning is a good time, because your burning breakfast, making room for lunch, and you get it out of the way before getting ready for the day. Also, if you go outside, it's not as hot.

I am healthy and not over weight, but eating great makes me feel really good about myself. My lunch is usually a banana or an apple.

i alwayz feel fat. although i've been told by many people i'm naturally thin. im a dancer and i wanna keep it that way. i have trouble and have been through many rough times with eating disorders i cant wait to sign up for this!

a guy that trains olympic athletes came to our school and talked about eating healthy and he is like in perfect shape and is 68 Ps. he said cantilop is like the healthest fruit

How do sign up just by sending an e-mail. What to you have to put in the e-mail body? Please Help. I don't think anything needs to go in the e-mail body. Just send an e-mail with Sign Up in the subject so they know to add your e-mail address to the newsletter list. <3 Jessie M.

Hey Gossip Girl! You could try Proactiv and get it at your mall or order it on the TV. What I do is on days durring the morning that I don't have a lot of time is use like a wipe thing such as Stridex. Then on days I have quite a bit of time I use clensers (like the foamy stuff) such as Clean&Clear or Proactiv. Then durring the nights I use a clenser and finish it off with a spot treatment before I go to bed. But, before you hit the sheets, make sure the spot treatment dries! Good luck! LolliePopLuv P.S. How you said you have blackheads? I have some too so use Nutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Pads. They're these pad things that foam up and it gets rid of a whole bunch of stuff.
