I love the playlist idea, but could you post some healthy recipies or a tasty energy snack that isn't loaded w/ tofu?
tori on 11/8/2007 5:47:13 PM
One song that really gets me pumped is holla back girl by gwen stefani.
carly on 11/6/2007 7:22:38 PM
I *love* my exercise playlist--tons of Linkin Park mixed with country and rock to help me keep my stride but not have a total burnout. (Personally, I think it's nice to have mainly upbeat stuff mixed with moderate tempos so you're reminded to check yourself.) A GREAT band for excerising is Train--the tempo is really nice and you can't beat the occasionally insane lyrics.
lizzie on 11/6/2007 12:21:08 AM
gl, please post more workout songs! love it
refrigeratedrubberbands on 11/5/2007 7:49:24 PM
k here's what i think about all the songs: fergalicious - it's not the most fast-paced song. i don't think it's a very good workout song. it's ok. toxic - pretty good. sos - good! sexyback - no! dance dance - a good song... but i don't think for dancing! (ironic i know) rhythm nation - naww. kind of slow and takes a long time to start. but ok. wind it up - pretty good. just a girl - YESSS! hung up - oh please! there are better madonna dancing songs! what about "music", "papa don't preach", "everybody," "borderline", or any of the others... oh well. it's pretty good, but it doesn't get me shakin. crazy in love - YEAA!!! lose my breath - actually, this is a really good workout song. hey ya- YEAA! or should i say YAAAAA!!! promiscuous - oh please. nooo. i suggest "ice ice baby"!!!
refrigeratedrubberbands on 11/5/2007 7:46:36 PM
oh! also, "pump it" by the black eyed peas - SERIOUS!!! that's like the NUMBER ONE SONG that gets me pumped... not even kidding. i bet everyone in the world feels awesome when they listen to that song.
refrigeratedrubberbands on 11/5/2007 7:33:04 PM
hey ya, crazy in love, and just a girl are great workout songs. i love songs you can dance to that are fast-paced! then after i've done a bunch of fast-paced songs, i like to slow it down with slower movements - hence, a slower song.
refrigeratedrubberbands on 11/4/2007 12:50:09 PM
This is really embarrassing, but when i workout, i listen to "Your the Best" by Joe Esposito. Its off the Karate Kid movie if you never heard it.
countrygal on 11/4/2007 10:27:18 AM
I really love to listen to like remixes of songs like slower songs can be energizing if its a remix because they add cool upbeat music.
Cara on 11/3/2007 10:52:48 AM
I like to listen to Rihanna and sometimes Hannah Montana gets me moving
Lee on 11/2/2007 9:33:03 AM
I love listening to music when I work out! It gives me that extra push I need.

YOU WROTE IT
It was a strange scent, faintly familiar, like the perfume my mother used to wear. The aroma lingered around me, smelling like dried sunflowers and a soft touch of the new spring air.
