MOD MOD MOD ! So i just got off crutches from major knee surgery and i was wondering some things i could do to tone my legs because i cant run or jog yet . i cant squat either . what are some toning moves that i could do everyday that would help them tone up FAST ?! i have leg weights at home also (: thanks mod! please post back soon !
