MOD: I need help I love my mom a lot and I love being at her house a lot. It's just whenever I'm here it's hard because her house is kind of far away from my friends so hanging out with them when I'm here is hard. It's also annoying because her house is really far away from my school and is going to be even more far away from the high school I'm going to. It's going to be a 30 to 40 minute drive just to get to school in the morning! What should I do?
hey hon, it's totally fine to feel the way you do. just because your friends are far away doesn't mean they'll forget about you. you all can still hang out on the weekends or e-mail, IM, text, call, etc. to stay in touch. remember, distance makes the heart grow fonder, so a little space could be a good thing! ~L'Oreal

Hey, Girl. I sure would advise against it. Not only can it be uncomfortable and awkward, but it can also be dangerous... even if you know the person. Remember, everything that is said or shared online can be used against you. You can't ever completely trust the person, either. You don't want others to think differently of you... especially people like hmm your PARENTS. It's a scary thought, but they can def find out.

Well the first Celeb on the cover was Alexis Bledel from Gilmore Girls and the Traveling Pants movies in the Aug/Sept issue of 2002. Before that, GL featured young models and regular girls on all of their covers. She was the first celeb on the cover!

Okay, well i'm still bored so I'm gonna ask another question lol. SOo MOD: I have a problem. My bff likes this guy, lets call him M and he asked her out. She was REALLY excited, but I talked to M and he said that he didn't really like her and he was just going out with her as a pity thing. She didn't know that though and was really really happy about going out with him. Then M broke up with my bff and she was upset but i had already told M not to hurt her so he must've broken up with her in a really nice way. So then she wanted me to talk to him about why they broke up, even though I already knew it was because he didn't really like her, it was also because he liked another girl. so she and i asked him Qs to figure out who this other girl was. But it turns out this girl is ME! So now not only do I have to keep the secret about M never really liking my bff, I have to be careful about what I say because she REALLY likes M. What should I do?
If I were you, I would play dumb. Don't ask him anything, but tell her you don't know anything either. She still must be pretty burned with the breakup and might not be ready for this bomb yet.

I think that all depends on your body. I've heard that doing cardio three times a week, using light weights the other three days in a week, and leaving one day for your body to rest works. I guess it's all up to what your body can handle. Def don't overwork yourself, though.

Laura-(Mod) I have a cell phone, I don't over use it and I am responsible with it. I don't carry a bag so I keep it in my locker during school, but leave it on on vibrate. Today, my mom tried calling me to tell me that she was picking me up from school(at around 9th period), but I didn't pick up so she left a message. My phone takes a while to get messages, so even though I checked my phone when I got on the bus, I didn't get her voicemail until I got home. This happens often and now she's mad! Please help! I need a compromise! Thanks! By the way: You're a great Mod, I'm sorry you're leaving, can you come back?

MOD**** next year i start seventh grade, which is middle school in my town. I'm a little worried i won't have any friends!! I have a bunch of friends, but one of my best friends is going to a new school next year, my other best friend and i are really close, but we are in different groups. I know this shouldn't be a delema, but it is. See I'm not friends with her friends, and i don't think they really like me. Plus her group is the "soccer" group and i don't play or like soccer. My other "friends" aren't very nice to me and they talk about me behind my back, and i can tell that they don't really like me. It hurts and i don't know what to do. next year another elementary school will be joining us at the middle school, and i can make friends with them, but i don't want to start school without any friends, or start school with the friends i have because they are sometimes mean but mos of the time mean to me. Hey! I know it can be nerve-wracking to go to a new school with no one to really hang out with... but on the bright side, think of how exciting it can be! You'll meet so many new people, there will be tons of clubs and activities to join, and you already know some people. Why don't you just stick with your friend who's a soccer player. She seems like a true friend. Get to know her friends a little more (who cares if you don't like soccer--they're still girls right?).

MOD** i have a huge guy problem. I have a crush on two guys and i dont know what to do. The first guy is really nice to me and we've been friends for a while. Last year, he moved to another school in our district so now i only get to see him about 3 times a year (when our track and cross country teams go against each other). i just saw him on saturday and felt so happy to see him again. he goes to the school that my mom works at and my mom loves him, but i dont know if he likes me. The next guy goes to my school and he likes me. hes sort of a bad boy but thats fine with me (the first guy is also sort of one too). he always smiles when he sees me and i do see him alot, unlike my other crush, and i like this guy too. ive never liked two guys at one time so its really hard cuz i have no idea what to do. please help!

Today (I guess she's gonna do this every monday) my bff sold muffins to raise money for ASB (she's the vice president of our class, but the president does nothing so she does everything) and me and our other bffs helped sell them and it's really fun. you can just randomly yell out "wanna buy a muffin?" to anyone who walks by. it's a great way to meet new guys, lol.
