My best friend always wants to get together with me every other day. The thing is I want my space sometimes and be alone. When she asks me to come over I lie and say, “Oh, I'm going to my grandparent’s house, maybe another time.” Or something like, ”Oh, I have tons of homework.” I really hate to lie! So how do I tell the truth without hurting her feelings? -MeGirlYou have to stop lying girl, that’s such a betrayal to your friend, especially your best friend. I know you don’t want to hurt her feelings, but it will hurt more if you get caught in the lie. Trust is very, very difficult to get back. Instead of concocting an elaborate story about why you can’t be with her every second of every day, why don’t you just start saying no. Obviously say it in a polite way, something along the lines of “I love you girl, and you’re my best friend, but I kind of need some independent time to get some things done.” She will understand. Everyone needs a moment to breathe and be free of obligations and responsibilities. If her feelings seem hurt, reassure her that you aren’t mad and you just need a little me time. Make sure that you get together with your bud every week or so, that way you two can stay connected. You don’t want to focus so much on yourself that you lose sight of all the people who are important to you. -Jana

justgottaloveit- Change your bra every morning and take it off at night. And for how many you have, that doesn't matter, but at least have two because you can wash the other one and wear the other one. Hope i helped!

***MOD*** During shcool I am sooo tired, but at night I am hyper, even when I don't have any caffeine! I sometimes fall asleep during school, even though I go to bed at 10! Do you have any suggestions for getting me awake during school and not so hyper at night?

MOD!! Ok. Today on the bus, my friend and I were sitting in the back with a bunch of boys. A few min. before my stop, we got to the subject of make-up. They're like, "You're not supposed to wear a mask to school." "I wonder what Hannah looks like without makeup" And a bunch of other things. Do I take this as they don't like the fact that girls wear make-up? Or are they just making fun of me? But, personally, I think I look worse w/o make-up; it's mostly my brows b/c they are skinny and there are places where a some liner is needed. Hey, any other girls w/ some suggestions, please feel free to help!! BTW- I don't wear a lot of make-up: I wear (sometimes) eyeliner and eyeshadow. But I always wear mascara and brow liner. But, when I wear it, I don't make myself look like a movie star- you can tell I am wearing some, but, I try to make it look natural

bananahannah, if you aren't wearing a mask, and you're happy with the way you loook, that's totally fine. you shouldn't listen to these people; boys don't understand. what they think a "mask" is might be different from a girl's point of view. don't worry about what they think of you, as long as you're happy and having fun with your life, just be yourself.

senorapantalones: try to have a routine to settle down. like take a shower before bed or watch t.v. and lay down. and that way you'll fall asleep at night earlier. it also helps if you do that and try to go to bed a little earlier!

bananahannah- Don't listen to boys, they don't know what they are saying! If you want it to look natural, don't put too much mascara on, it can look clumpy and bad. And if you wear eye liner, do it very light and only half way on your bottom eye. And for eye shadow, put it lightly on your whole eye. and a little lip gloss. hope i helped!

bananahannah, as long as you feel good about yourself, don't worry about what others think! Be sure you are keeping it natural, and wearing it because you think you look prettier and it helps your self-confidence, not to impress people that you are old enough! some boys are too immature to say what they really think, and just go along with the crowd or put people down because they need to feel cool. boys don't want you to know that they like you, so they act rude to you, even though that doesn't help. CandE~ Hey! I just found out about those pictures yesterday, and I have to admit that I'm not surprised. I mean, we all saw it coming. She's fifteen years old and is making millions of dollars per television episode and concert ( maybe I'm exaggerating). I think that she has too much freedom and time on her young hands, but not enough experience. I believe that whether or not this particular shoot occured, some kind of ''photo scandal'' would be published about her in the near future. She has a right to say no, and remain modest, but if she chooses not to, the blame cannot be place on the photographer, of all people. If she was any non-famous 15 year old girl, it may be classy ( if you like that kind of stuff)I suppose, but with so many critics and young children looking up to her, she should know better than to do any thing too provocative.
