One time after lunch when we were praying instead of saying "Pray for us" this guy in the table next to me said "Pray for YOU" really loudly and the teacher told me i had to stay in for recess. She didn't beleive me and she said she saw me doin it and heard me.

mod my uncle always accuses me of being annorexic. he says that im too skinny and he always asks me if i eat. i eat alot, but im just naturally skinny. my doctor says im fine. i dont see him all the time, only for family parties and stuff, so he doesnt really see me eat alot. it reallys bothers me.
I used to have that problem and it was so annoying!! The only thing you can do is just ignore it because people will continue to say that about you until they've said it so many times it's weird for them to say it again. Don't worry though, he'll eventually stop. -Cindy

MOD im havin a bit of trouble wit myself, sometimes i can look in the mirror & see a pretty& lucky person, but @ timez i see someone ugly,fat, & boring. im not fat cuz im 120 lb. 5'2. sometimez i compare myself 2 my friendz cuz they get alotta attention from guyz, & the only that'd happen 2 me if i act like a tramp. i have had attention but only like 5 compared 2 there 500. also they hav alot more experience then me, they've had a bf since daycare. sometimez i feel useless, ugly, & stupid compared 2 them. though ive made achievements they haven't. i try 2 remind myself dat im special & worthwhile but it getz hard. how boyz rate girlz & talk bout them i dont even wanna b wit them, but it'd b nice 2 bout bein stalked.

Mod, I am really short. I am the shortest kid in the Junior High School(but it's a small school). But it really bothers me. I play sports and the reason I wasn't playing Varsity is because I'm too short. People always think I'm 8 or 9 and I'm 12. Yesterday, a teacher asked me if I got picked on because I was so short. Is there any way to boost my confidence about my height?
My best friend is short and she has embraced her height so don't think of it as a fault, embrace it and use it to add to your confidence. Try to get yourself to have the mindset of a taller person and you will seem and feel better about your height. Good luck! Toodles, Lissy

MOD ok so there is this guy who is one year older than me. we hung out a lot when the musical was going on, and now we sometimes hang out when we have study halls in like chorus. but all the time when when we are talking he'll start mocking me.(he will start singing in this really weird high voice cuz i'm a saprano) he also will start making faces at me during chorus. i think he just hates me bc well hes not the nicest person in the world, although i do know that when a guy normally is mean to a girl he likes her. and all my friends think so too. my one friend said that she was gonna ask him but i'm not sure if i want her to. i kinda like this guy but he is so in love with himself i don't know if i wanna know if he likes me. but idk if he likes me, what do u think.sorry there is a lot of randomness writen in here. sorry if it doesn't make much sense.
By the sound of it, this is his way of flirting with you and you're definitely right that some guys are mean to girls when they like them. The only problem with having a friend ask a guy if he likes you, is that sometimes the guy might not always be completely honest, he could just pretend like he doesn't like you when we really does or want to keep it a secret or something like that, so you never reallly know. Just try and flirt back and be nice and see how he reacts, maybe if you're nice, he'll be nice in return. But some guys only know how to flirt by making fun, so you could always make a funny but NICE joke back.

Well this girl is most likely jealous, just try to be very nice back and "kill her with kindness" that way it would make it harder for her to feel hatred towards you. If she continues to talk about you behind your back and being rude you could confront her, but not where she feels threatened but in a nice way. You could try saying something like "i never meant to hurt you" or "I didn't purposely steal for bf from you" "I'm really sorry, but i would also appreciate it if you stopped talking bad about me to other people, it hurts really bad"

That's a tough sitch, you could always try to ignore him or put your backpack in the seat next to you once your bff gets off or ask another friend to come sit with your after you bff gets off. If really likes you or continues to make you feel uncomfortable and doesn't believe you when you say you don't like him, you could say something like "i like someone else sorryyy" with a serious face. -lauren

It depends on the guy and how their type of flirting is too. But you can always try complimenting him, like or how he looks that day, or his clothes or something he does. Lots of girls like to smile and giggle and be happy infront of guys. Many guys like to flirt by being mean or by making fun of you but don't take anything too personal that they say they are just trying to flirt back and don't know what to say.

Your parents probably just want to talk and know whats going on in your life. Try talking to them but you dont havee to give them too much info about how much you like him and if you feel awkward telling them that you think he's hot or cute or something. Just say stuff like hes really nice to me, hes a good guy stuff that is true andd will make him look good in their eyes.

It really doesnt matter thatt much what your friends think, if you like him, GO FOR IT :] your friends will support you even if they think you're a weird couple. If they question it, just say you both like each other and thats all that really matters.
