BEAUTY 101: Liquid Line-up

Bold, liquid liners are a pretty way to make your eyes pop this spring. They can be tricky, though. Not anymore. Follow these easy-peasy steps for a chic, eye-catching look.

Step 1: Before cracking open the liquid liner, trace the upper lash line with a pencil liner of the same color or lighter. This way, you’ll have a path to follow with the liquid stuff.

Step 2: Tilt your head back slightly keeping your eyes open. Even thought people may tell you to apply the liner to a closed eye, an open eye will allow the brush to follow your lash line naturally. Keep your hand steady by resting your elbow on a table.

Step 3: Quickly sweep the brush across the eye starting at the inner corner. While applying, try to rest the brush against the lash line to keep the liner as close to the lashes as possible. Also, start off by applying extra lightly—you could always add on to it later.

With a bold-colored liner, it’s important to keep your shadow neutral. Try a beige or peach shadow with a little shimmer to emphasize your lids. Remove any outta place liner by using a cotton swap dipped in moisturizer or Almay’s Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover Liquid.

gossip_girl you could try putting the eyeliner on at night and then wash it off. that way you won't be experimenting before school

I think you should just be honest with her and tell her that you like this guy and he likes you and you really want him to be your boyfriend. If she isn't ok with you dating see if you can just hang out with him in a group of friends.

i started wearing mascara when i was twelve and now that's still the only make up i wear. i only wear it about twice a week is that too much? did i start too early??? my mom waz cool w/ it cause it's only mascara (sometimes concealer when i got pimples)... did i start too early? should i stop?

ugh! liquid eyeliner is such a pain! i have to use it for dance, and they recommended for us to look up, which makes me dizzy. also, it can smudge really easy. if it's waterproof, then it is hard to fix. i say, no liquid eyeliner, but for dance, THNXS, MOM, U R THE BEST AT DOING THAT ANNOYING MAKEUP!

Sometimes when I have a zit, plain whitening toothpaste(NOT GEL!) can help dry out the pimple so that it goes away QUICKER. If you do use toothpaste on it, don't hope that it will magically disappear, it just helps it go away more quickly. But I think that the best way to get your skin clear is just ol' soap and water b4 bed.

If it's your first time kissing, then I would just go for a peck on the lips or check, just to get used to the feeling of actually touching someones face with your lips for a sign of acfecction. If you want to do a long kiss like in the movies, well...that's another story. When your home alone(don't want to creep out a family member)try googling it, it may sound wierd, but it's also funny to ask someone how to. Later, at night, practice on the back of your hand, you should be able to tell if you're doing something wrong, don't be oquard about it because hey...we all do it atleast once! Here's a tip, try saying peaches and hold the s for a long time so you're saying something like peacheeesssssss. OH! and DON"T ask for help! WIERD!

alright @ school we hav this assigment 2 be "married" to someone n the class. well my partner said he's cheating on me with 3 othr girls. its only for 1 more day but im so mad. all my friends hav nice husbands!!! my teacher told him to quit it but some of his friends say hes still saying hes saying hes cheating. its so unfair!!!! what can i do???i kno its not long but my other frinds r having so much more fun!!
