5 minutes to midnight is my friends and i's song...we have a dance for it we do all the time-even without music!(people think we're crazy) 5 minutes to midnight-Boys like Girls Booty Drop-Buckwheat Boyz(we do this one at cheerleading all the time-its a good workout) pretty much any fall out boy the party song-blink182 etc etc etc anything with crazy drum beats works well for running =]

OH^^ And, beware but, Battery is a metal song, but it is GREAT for workouts. At first it starts out slow and quiet. Then it is slow and loud with guitars!! YAH!!!! And then, for the rest of the song it is really fast. During the slow parts, you should walk, but when it gets fast then RUN, GIRL, RUN!!!!!!

i looove the songs for workout 4 minutes- the best five minutes to midnight-in love with this song break the ice-coolieo everytime we touch- i kno its old but good! pocket of sunshine-ok i guess shawty get loose-rap! l.o.v.e- never gets old hope u get them!!
