Mod, I just have a question. I broke up with my boyfriend about a month ago. We were together for a while and I guess closer then I thought at the time. At first I was just in a sort of daze. Like I couldn't believe what I'd done and I didn't know what to think of it. Then it hit me and I was alittle sad. Some people cry when stuff like that happens but I never have. Then I just pushed my feelings away and ignored the pain. We haven't really talked much because I don't like to talk to him now. He was cheating on my with SEVERAL other girls. I know I shouldn't care and I tell myself "he's not worth anything, why bother being sad." But he was my first REAL boyfriend. Like we went on dates and stuff. He'd hold my hand and talk to me, we talked a lot. And he told me he wanted to kiss me. Just this week, the feeling came back. I'm trying to push it down but he looks at me all the time. He has gentel eyes. I need to let go though. Please, do you have any tips to help me move on? How can I feel better and stop hurting?
You're so right that he's not worth it! But it is also easier said than done. Just try to keep yourself busy, and get involved in some activities at school! Your friends are GREAT for keeping you busy too and letting you vent! <3 Jaime

Heyy Mod!*Please Anwser This* Ok so this is actually pretty cool way to get with your crush. So in my English class we are doing scense from Shakespeare, I am Juliet and my crush is Romeo!!! So next week we have to perform our scenes, as of right now im not 100% sure we are both ready. 2moro we are working on the scenes but I also was planning to get his number so that we maybe could work on it over the weekend. But I am not sure we one really need to and two if I would be together with him just to hang out or to actually work on it. But I think he might like me back too!!! Here are the signs that he has given me: *He is always staring at me *He hardly talks to me when we are working on the scene but when we do it is either like funny stuff that happened the night b4 or its a few words about wat we want to do with the scene *He volenteered to play Romeo, we did the audition together he said to me that our teacher was making him do Romeo against his will, then after class I heared him say to the teacher that he enjoyed doing it and that he wouldn't mind doing it again *He teases me a little when we talk outside of class Might he like me back??? Sorry this is soo long but I really want to know if he likes me and I don't want to ask him...and I don't want a friend to ask him either??!

Dont worry about top friends. That is not a sign of how someone feels about you. If you guys are hanging out and talking, that is way more important and a better indicator of how he feels.

hey! I know it isnt convinient all the time to wear an ankle brace, but try to wear it when you are wearing tennis shoes to strengthen up your ankles. talk to your parents about going to see a physical therapist to make them stronger! xoxoashley

Mod, How can I get over my ex-boyfriend? We broke up a month ago and I was fine, but just now I'm starting to hurt inside. I don't know how I'm supposed to feel at all! When my friends break up they cry their eyes out but I haven't shed a tear. I just feel lost, and when he looks at me I drown in his big brown eyes. I'm not getting back together with him because he did some things to deserve that dumping I surved up on him (he cheated, a lot!) but I feel empty now. Again, how can I get over him?
Sometimes it helps to just let your emotions loose and feel your feelings. Get together with your friends and eat ice cream and vent or cry or just tell them how you feel. They can help you through this. After that, try looking for a new cutie who will treat you well. -lauren

Mods Okay, i use to be AMAZING at writing, creative writing, essay's, i had amazing voice&tone in my papers. I use to write poetry too. My sister didn't believe me when i wrote a poem, becuase it sounded way to good lol. And i use to give amazing advice to people. BUT I lost my talent! Really! When people come to me for advice, i ever have any! And i do'nt write papers as good anymore. I have a feeling it's becuase i'm growing up maybe? Idk.. but i really want my talent back! Girl, sometimes people get bad reputations because of the things they do. If this kid really is bad news and you're afraid he's crushing on you, try not to give him any inviting signals. It may turn out that he's a really nice guy, but you'll never know unless you talk to him. It sounds like you guys have been friends for a long time. He is probably confused on how he feels about you and because you two are such good friends he may be afraid to hurt you. Talk to him and see how he is feeling, and try to make things like they used to be. Talking to him is the best thing to do.
