Week 20: Revist Your Goals And Make New Ones

 
Remember New Year’s Eve when you swore you’d hit the indoor rec pool three times a week? Well, now that you’ve been doing it, it’s not as much of a challenge, right? Look at the changes you’ve made, and reassess your goals. This get-healthy thing is a process.

I can't wait for summer! The only thing I am not excited about is wearing a bathing suit! Does anyone else feel this way?
