I have a problem: there's this new girl at our school (we'll call her Glen). So Glen, I thought, was a pretty good friend so I've been hanging out with her. But today, I found out that 1) she isn't a virgin and 2) she told me (though she is really skinny) that she needs to start starving herself *again*. She said that she did it at her old school and her boyfriend hated it so he would (I think she said this, but I couldn't hear her well enough to know for sure) not sleep with her (what?!?!?) or carry her books around, or walk her to class, ect. so she stopped. But now she wants to become anorexic again. She also asked me if I knew what bulemia was and when I said yes, she said she might try that instead of not eating. I was like, you have no fat to loose, Glen (not the best fake name in the world). She pointed at her mid-section and said she needed to lose it. I told her is was really unhealthy to not have ANY fat on her body and all she said was that no, it wasn't. I do not know this girl well enough yet to know if she is just joking and trying to get attention to make herself feel good or if she is really serious. 1) How do I tell if she is serious or not? 2) depending on whether she is serious or not, how do I handle this????

It sounds like she is serious. I'm glad you told her that what she is doing to her body is unhealthy. Keep being supportive and reinforcing the idea that she needs to eat and not lose any more weight. Laura

I make myself like someone so I'm not alone, but subconciously I realize they're not good enough and push them away. Then berate myself for doing to.
This kid Andy really likes me and I don't know if I like him. I thought I did but I'm not sure anymore. We were together and technically still are. But see, he crossed the line and made me feel like nothing today. He wont and doesn't want to tell anybody we're together.
What should I do?

First, you shouldn't ever be with someone who doesn't make you feel good about yourself. Second, don't force relationship, the right guy will come along. Laura

MOD I have a problem! I go to the same school as my cousin "Cory". So at lunch Cory was talking to his friends and said (referring to me) "There's my cousin!" His friend asked which one was me so he said "the beautiful one" My friend "Shana" overheard the whole thing and now she won't stop teasing me about it. Shana and I were behind Cory in the lunch line Shana told me "there's your cousin who calls you the beautiful one" I said it was probably a joke and hes probably forgotten about it so she went over and asked him if he remembers!!! Shana gives me a hard time about this like every day!!! HELP MOD

OH MY GOSH!
I just saw a Narnia Prince Caspian preview and it showed CASPIAN and SUSAN falling in love...WHAT?????!!!!???? In the books, Caspian and Susan don't fall in love! Caspian marries the daughter of a star in the end of The Voyage of the Dawn Treader! Susan doesn't even HAVE a love life in the books! I will be unhappy if they have Susan and Caspian fall in love because that isn't following the amazing and incredible story that C.S. Lewis created....hmm...guess I will have to just wait and see what happens...

I sooooooo totally want to see this movie!!!!! Prince Caspian is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo hot! I can't wait! Question though why do you guys think Peter and Edmund are cute. I remotely understand the Peter thing but Edmund looks like he's eight. I mean weird. Amen to the girl who said she wasn't going if Susan and Caspian kiss. That would totally ruin it for me.
