Improve your posture while you sit. Next time you’re lounging around watching TV, grab a small pillow and place it between the small of your back and the back of the couch. It’ll help you straighten out. And why is that important? i have a really bad posture and i try everything to get myself standing tall but i cant because i dont feel good about myself help!!!
