Oh thats a good idea.....also you could listen them if you couldn't fall asleep and needed something soothing to make you fall alseep.....I'm totally gonna download some of them.

MODMODMODMODMODMODMODMODMOD Okay, so I am thinking about taking a dance class next late summer/fall. Here's my list of choices that I would like to do: Hip Hop Tap Ballet Which one would burn the most calories? Could you put them in order from most to least? For say, doing each one for an hour?
I think any one of those would be great excercise, probably hip hop being the most, then ballet and then tap. All of them would be a good work out, especially if you are doing them for over an hour.

I gotta' say it makes me sleepy ... It works tht way LOL sure is soothing !!! I heard about it once before from a friend ... I used to calm down while I was meditating ... I fell asleep while meditating because of the nature cd . LOL zzzzzzz Sara

My French teacher used to give the class a daily test , but the class rebelled LOL . (me included ) We complained for a couple of weeks .Now we don't have a daily French test !!! Now I'm not nearly as stressed out ! Sara

This summer I'm going to have to choose a sport (for summer camp ) . Which would help me lose weight the most ??? Rock climbing Horseback riding Soccer trampoline (believe it or not ... that's considered a sport !!! I never knew that !!!) Thnx bye Sara
