HOW TO HIGHLIGHTS

I want to get highlights, but I can’t pick a good color. If one day I decide that I don’t like it anymore, I don’t want to have to keep it. Is it possible that you could change the color or would you have to keep it? Are there any good colors that go with strawberry blonde hair?

I want to get highlights but idk what colori should get and since its finally summer my mother said i could get highlightts and i want it blonde but idk what would look Best on my hair its like brownishblonde and i want to use lemon juice but idk what it would do or the vinegar thing. please help me. i also need help with my wardrobe but thats a whole nother story.

i want to have red highlights because my aunt bought me a strak and style 4 my b-day and all my friends and my bf loved my hair!Random older kids and younger kids that i had no idea who they were came up 2 me 2 say omg iluv ur hair!I'm like ok thanks do i know u???!? MY hair is dark, dark, dark brown (almost black) but has some natural, subtle red highlights. How can I get them to pop naturally?
I've heard of lemon juice, but that dries out your hair and sometimes turns dark hair orange. What can i do that's natural and effective?

Modd- I have two cowlicks in the front of my hairline and i'm wondering, if I cut bangs do you think it would stick up? Now i'm not talking about short bangs, im talking about long side bangs. If so then what about cute shoulder-length choppy layered hairstyles??

Hey girl. The good thing about hair is that it always grows back. And until it grows back, God gave us hair gel and hairspray and hair clips and...well you get the point. if you want to try the new hair cut, go for it! Have a positive outlook on it. If you don't like it, there are always other ways to style it while it grows out. Have fun with your hair!

I've been asking my mom in the past for highlights. She would always say no, but I compromised with her. I said if I make honoroll, I can get highlights. She approved. I got 3.4, but it was only because the one C messed up my 3.5, but she still gave in. Try not to ask for things all at once because they may think you're just asking for everything and they all are worth the same for you.

i recently got highlights and i went with carmel! i really like this color and it suits my brown hair! but if you dont think you will like the high lights in the future get the semi-permenate high lights! ive gotton those b4,and they work great! hope that helps! ~sarah~

Mod: PLEASE HELP!! What hair product do u reccomend using after you straighten your hair to make it really silky? I'm not sure how people do it but lotsa girls have straight really shiny/silky hair. I what should i use??? Also, I sometimes get zits, and then i put clearasil cream on and it KINDA helps, but it says "acne control" and I don't have 'acne'. should i use an 'on the spot' treatment? If so, what kind??????

hey girl! i use treseme heat protection spray stuff before i straighten my hair, and it makes it really soft and smells great. its a black bottle with a red spray-er. zits are acne, so if the clearsil works to get rid of them then keep using it. if not, try other brands. just make sure it has benzoil peroxide in it.

hey girl! that sounds like it would look really good, but nobody can be sure except a hairdresser. just try to stick you your natural shade, but go up or down one shade (lighter or darker).

I'm getting a haircut on Wendsday, but I'm not sure what I want to get. My face is either square or heart shaped, but I'm leaning towards square. I grew my bangs out, but maybe I should get sidebangs or just plain bangs again? My hair is light brown, kinda chestnut, with no highlights or lowlights or anything. Right now my hair is about three inches below my shoulders and layered, but the layers are growing out. Any ideas for the haircut?

MOD.... I put one blue highlight in my hair @ the beggining of the year..It lookedgood at first then it faded and only the bleach was left and it totaly ruined that part of the hair. Now that strand has split ends and looks really bad and everyone notices I tried triming it but they just come back a week later. My natural hair is fine its just the bleached part...what can i do to get rid of the split ends for atleast a decent amount of time b4 they come bak HELLLLPPPP plz
