Dark Circles Under My Eyes

I always have bags and dark circles under my eyes, even though I sleep a lot. Why? How can I get rid of it?

You want your sweatshirts to be baggie, not your face. If your complexion is dark, the problem tends to be worse, but even light-skinned people can have this problem. This is all genetics’ fault, but stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, and poor diet can cause dark bags, too, says Dr. Ariel Ostad, a New York city dermatologist. So drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables, and keep getting plenty of sleep.

Meantime, try different concealers to even out darkness. For puffiness, place a wet tea bag over your eyes (uh, close them first) for 10 minutes in the morning. Cucumber slices contain a puff-fighting enzyme that helps, too. I

If you want a long-term bag-reducer, try dabbing on an antioxidant cream with vitamin A, like Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Nightly Renewal Cream, every evening. Hopefully, you’ll soon have other kind of bags (like shopping!).

help! i have really dark circles under my eyes and i'm real pale so i look like i'm sick all the time. plus i have really dark hair so it doesn't help any. and i'm super skinny so it really DOES look like i'm sick all the time. whadda i do?!?

Hey babe,

Try putting some cucumber slices or damp tea bags on your eyes to get rid of the circles. As for the rest, just try to wear colors that won't make you look so pale and get some more sun.

mod mod mod mod mod mod ok my mom told me to wait to chave....but i didnt and now i cant stop cause my legs will get all prickly and i cut myself really bad in the shower and blood got everywhere and it hurts really bad!!! im scared to tell my mom though because we got in a fight recently! help!

Hey girl. If you keep cutting yourself, you need to shange something up. Try getting some shaving cream and a new razor. Lots have lotion strips to make things go a little bit smoother. If you and your mom are having an argument, wait until it passes. But when it does, tell her that you know you weren't supposed to shave yet, but you tried it. Let her know you're sorry, but you cut yourself and need help. She may be a bit upset, but she'll be glad that you came clean and talked to her about it. best, Kristen

Ahhhh. I have dark circles too. When people take pictures of me I look like a zombie. Pale and with these huge dark circles. But mine are hereditary so even if i try they wont go away. It's not really a prob for me.

Hey, that's not a life-ending problem. most girls have those. I've found that washing my face and using vitamin-rich moisturizer (like Velocity by Mary Kay) cures the prob. if that doesn't work concealer usually will.

i have super pale skin so the area under my eyes is bright purple (yikes!). but some colors of eye shadow draw attention away from it (but not purple, or it looks like a black eye! :0)

I get dark baggs under my eyes too. It is because I am REALLY stressed though. That is at least what the docter said.

they have these little things that look like lipstick but its like a cream color and u put it under ur eyes and blend it in.It works really good!

None of my aunts or my mom have this but my grandma and cousin do they get really mad at me because i never get them EVER. My cousin's like i'm so jealous ugh thats not fair! Hey babe, I'm not sure why that's happening. Maybe it's the detergent in your clothes? If you feel like it's your body, talk to your mom and maybe check with a doc.

another thing you can do if your eyes are red from something like crying you can put someting cold under your eyes. i like to use cold spoons. i know it sounds wierd but it really works!

My dark circles I get from my mother. They are so hard to get rid of. My concealer usually wheres off though in the middle of the day.

i have bags too, but theyre really really gad when im exhausted. just make sure u get sleep and putting anything really cold over ur eyes also helps. i read somewhere that if you sleep with more than one pillow propped up, thatll also help so ur eyes arent as puffy in the mornings. makeup never helped cover up bags for me, so i owuld just splash cold water on my face when i wake up and that usually helps

if you chill 2 black tea bags or green tea bags and put them over ur eyes, then put on a light moisturizer where the bags are it makes ur eyes look brighter and gets rid of them. u should keep them on 4 about 20-30 mins and listen to some really good music cause that can get verry boring if ur laying down that long and doing nothing lol

I have them too but really noboody notices them unless they're really close, but I'm lucky enough that I wear glasses to cover them up and if people comment on them they need to get a life. Don't feel bad.

I always get the BIGGEST sweat stains, and it sucks. I hate raising my arms, or wearing cute shirts, cuz the sweat ALWAYS shows up!! Its really embarrassing, and no matter how strong of a brand of deodorant I use, it always happens. How do I stop this?????

Talk to your doctor because there are a bunch of things they can do. Also dark colors or whites help.

please i really need your help !
okay , so i decied before i took a bath that i would try to wax my legs for the first time , i did but i had no clue what i was doing so that i pulled the strip off too early and the wax didnt come off , and by accident my knee rubbed against the back of my other leg , so then i took my bath to wash it off , two days later my legs start itching really bad so i look and discover that i have hives on both of my legs , and then i realize that well my chest is really itchy too , so yeah i have hives on them too , i didnt even wax them either , so i was wondering could hives (allergic reaction) spread through water ?
