My breasts are growing too fast!

I’m in the ninth grade and already need a 38DD bra. Could I have Huge Boob Syndrome? My mom is a 36B, so I can’t go by her. I’m the genetic freak in my family.

We searched everywhere for info on Huge Boob Syndrome. There was nothing on the Web. And none of our experts had heard of it.

There is no such thing as Huge Boob Syndrome—and we’re guessing you already know that. You are probably healthy and normal, but you should see your pediatrician or gynecologist to make sure.

In very rare cases, too much growth hormone can make one body part grow excessively. So even though your mom is a 36B, ask for her, um, support. She can help you find the best bras—you need good ones because large breasts are linked to back problems.

Remember that all kinds of boobs are beautiful, and many not-as-chest-blessed girls envy you.

Yah, my BFF and me are soo different! I'm kinda taller and thicker and shes only 4'8 and very thin. I weigh 138 lbs and she weighs around 80. And I wear size 3 (pants) and size L or XL (shirts). She wears size 0 and S. And I have 34C's and she has 30A's. Oh well

My friend is soo lucky! She is a 32B so shes not to big for a 12 year old but not small. She weighs like 104 lbs so shes not fat or skinny. I wish I had her body

Hey girl, the one thing you've gotta know is your body is growing. While I can't say for sure because everyone's body frame is different, I know who can: your doctor. Try scheduling an appointment or check-up with them. They can help you plan your diet and exercise too to get you feeling your best!

Hey babe, yes you're normal. Some girls just take longer to get breasts and their periods. Just wait it out for now and talk to your doc if you're worried, but I'm sure you're just fine!

I'm the opposite! I'm in 8th grade and haven't started growing ANY boobs yet! Is something wrong with me?? PS-I'm 5 foot, my mom got her period and boobs when she was 12, i have hair "down there" and discharge. When will i get boobs???

Hey girly, everyone's bod is different so what's normal for you may be wierd for someone else. As long as you're healthy, and it sounds like you are, you have nothing to worry about. Your breasts are perfect for your shape.

MOD im the exact opposite of that!im 14 and only a 36A.my chest started hurting when i was 10 but theyve been growing very slowly.my mom had the same prob until she was 15 but she got her period when she was 14 but i got mine @ 13 and a 1/2!!!i dont want 2b as flat chested as my aunt[shes a 38A]!!!!thx!!!

Women come in all shapes and sizes. You might take after your mom and you might take after your aunt. It's too early to tell, but each side has ups and downs. Whatever happens, you just have to appreciate the good parts of your body!

I wear a 32a and sometimes 32b and im in 7th grade. i have SO many friends with bigger boobs than mine, but i dont care. i like being diffrent but i really really hope i dont grow there soon cuz i just got these really cute bras hahaha XD

Some places are different, my friend went to France over the summer and she said that at almost all the beaches she went to a lot of the people went Topless and it was normal. So some places are more accepting to showing stuff like that.

She also said that a lot of the guys went totally Bottomless and didnt wear anything and people acted like seeing that was normal to. So different cultures accept different things. Could you imagine seeing that at the beaches we go to?

i have a lot of shirts that don't stay o my shoulders and a lot of halters. I only where a 32AA but i can't find a convertable bra that comes in that size! i've tried a 32A and it's a little too big. are there any cheap places where i could find one?

Hey babe, sometimes ya just can't help what your body wants to do! Maybe you're not done growing up though, some girl's breasts grow through high school and even college.

Hey girl, Just cause you loose weight doesn't mean your chest will become smaller. You can try to tone up though doing chest excercises, but that just might be the way you are shaped. xo Annemarie

trust me people, big bust is fun and attention gaining ( A lot when everyone else is so flat) but they aren't that great. Be really happy with a B or C cup. Ds and DDs are really bad for you. They cause bad back problems and you cant be sporty with them. they just get in the way. I measured myself (not sure it is right because I just started falling out of a 36C) and it said I was a 36D wich is scarey for a 12 year old, 120-130 pounds, I started developing at 9, one before the other like a lot of girls. Like I said don't, wich I kinda did and it is just a big mess of future or now problems, pray for big boobs, It'll happen and you will regret it BIG time (I prayed for a bigger but and I don't like it).lol

It will be SO ackward when I go shopping with my mom... I'm only 12...and that get ur bra size guide says i'm a 36D! Scary right?! I think my butt is too big for my hips (my bones stick out there and when I lay down there is no way you can see over them if your laying beside me, otherwise I don't have really big hips.) Trust me people being big busted is... well... interesting... but can REALLY hurt your back and chest! Exspecially when you have horses to deal with (ridding and hoof care most!)
