well i am gonna try to work on just getting a phone first even if it's not a iPhone!!!!!!! Megabegabyte- I didn't get my cell phone until I started high school, even though all my friends had one. Trust me, you won't die from not having a cell. I was able to wait, and since your sister didn't get one until 10th grade, you might not either. Just try to talk to your parents about getting one, but do not say you need it because everyone else has one because thatwill not work. Hope I helped!

I got a cellie!! its prtty cute! but my parents would NVER BUy my a i phone b/c the plan's expensive and the service isnt that great. I think there UBER cute tho!♥

megabegabyte-- ok. here's how i got my phone (and if i hadnt done this i probably wouldnt have a phone 2day, my 'rents r sooooo cheap): •say all the stuff about how i can call in case of emergency, blah blah blah but THEN if its too much say u will get a PREPAID plan. i have one and its not the gr8est but better thn nuttin. with a prepaid plan, u can get a phone 4 as little as $10 and then all u do is have 2 buy minutes, which u can pay 4 urself (they r like on a gift card sorta that u can buy in the phone section of walmart and really anywhere like that). no bill, they dont know ur credit card #, its great!!! (my parents love it!!)

uhh megabegabyte- if you want a phone ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT SAY " BUT EVERYONE ELSE HAD ONE!" it will just launh the rents into a whole spill abotu if how your friends were jumping off a brigde would you do that blah blah blah yadah yaddah yaddah. the do not tips on here were pretty good and they were all true. but i really like verizon caus eit had better plans plus i live out in the country so i don't have wifi anyway.

omg well I already have the iPod touch wich I am writing this cmmnt from but I bought it with my money but I still want the iphone how do I convince them to get me it now but I wuld get a discount cuz my dad works 4 AT&T but my friend has verizon and I want verizon but if I do get verizon my mom gets a discount from them cuz the hospital she works at has a plan with verizon but if I get verizon I want either the dare or the instinct sone1 plz help me decide

I WANT an iphone! My parents are cancelling my old phone, and they're thinking about MAYBE getting me a new one after they cancel it, so maybe they'll actually get me this one! But we're sorta low on money, so maybe not...

i already have the iTouch, so i don't need this. people: get the itouch! they are wayyyyy cheaper since you don't have to pay for a plan. its the exact same thing as the phone just there is more GB (which means it holds even MORE things!), no phone and no camera. its basicly the same thing. you'll love it. internet, itunes on it, an app store to get games, email right on it. and there is a note pad thing where you can type then send it to your email and print it out on your computer! perfect for if the computer is already taken. its like a mini computer and you won't need a pda if you have one. i love my itouch! its the best thing EVER!

megabegabyte~ if you want a phone you should start out by asking for something that isnt as expensive as an iphone also you should ask you parents to make you a deal like if you get into honor roll or something like that all for first half of the year then you can get a phone for christmas or something

I have had two phones so far. It's prepaid, has camera, photo & text messaging,Calculater, calender, alarm and world clock, notepad, and it was made by verizon wireless. The card's name is INpulse and I had a phone before just like it but it was silver, not blue. YAH! My other phone got washed ☺ whoops, hee hee. I left it in my pocket. I had my first one from my easter present and then i had to use bday money to buy my blue one. It rocx, but it has no minutes on it ( figures huh). If u want a phone, write an essay, but im the only child living at home so begging and pleading worked for me! Also if u have money tell them you'll buy ur own minutes or split the cost of the phone with them!☺ Good luck getting ur phones girls!

I have a pink Razr -- I got it from my parents for my 11th birthday. It is about a year-and-a-half old. Maybe I'll get a new one for Christmas when I'm 13, I dunno. I don't really need an iPhone because I have a computer, iPod, and a cellphone, but they do look pretty darn cool! Plus my current cell phone works fine.

This made me laugh. I have been trying for a Phone for awhile now and if I get a phone, I told my parents I want a nice one... lol. I know that is picky, but they said 16 and I might just wait. Because in two years there will probably be better phones then the iPhone. My parents said I could pick out any phone I wanted then. That works for me!

haha i laughed at this cuz i have a voyager witch is verizon's iphone its the same thing except that the touch screen opens up to a keyboard. SO for my parents they wouldn't get my bro and me a cell and so we were gonna buy ones ourselves and my dad didn't want that so i was talking to my friend on the house phone and my dad handed me a box and i read the writing on it and it was the voyager! i was SO happy
