I know this is gonna sound werid~ but it TOTALLY WORKS!
If u take a bath or go swimming, ur flow will stop as long as ur in the water. i tried it and it works. but, when u go back out of the water ur flow starts again.

i reeeeally need help! i'm in student council, and in june we were asked to get 5 places near our homes that could go to my high school for our service fair. this is a time when different places all get together and student get to see how they could help these places by volunteering. well we were assigned to get at least 5 places to go for sure, and i only got one, and many of the places that said they couldnt go said it was because i live kinda far from my school. but my meeting's tomorrow! i don't know what to do! some girls only got one place too, but im still afraid! HELP!!!

Try using a mirror if you want to try a tampon again. that way you can see what you're doing, rather than just feeling it. that is what i have to do the first time i use a tampon with every period.

Yes, your friends, mom, or anyone you are around a lot will affect you get your period. during the school year, my friends and I always haave our periods within a day or two of eachother. and while i was on vacation, my mom, me, and my brothers girlsfriend all had our periods at the exact same time. it totally affects your cycle.

Hey girl, You can always use regular tampons even though you have a small body! If that doesn't float your boat, you can try sports tampons. They're built for girls who play sports so you won't have to worry about leaks! -Hugs, Jean
