Been pining away for pizza?  Made with all fresh ingredients without the grease of a regular pan pizza, this  ooey gooey basil mozzarella concoction a healthy and yummy staple to any quickly planned pizza party. MANGIA!

Take the dough out of its package and put it in a mixing bowl in the morning. Cover it with a towel and allow it to rise all day. When the dough has expanded to about twice its size, flaten it out on a sprayed cooking sheet.Chop up the basil until you have about /4 cup worth. add a little olive oil to make a paste. Spread the basil mixture onto the dough. Layer slices of fresh mozzarella followed by a layer of tomato slices. Add a layer of shredded cheese on the top. Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
