omg. i just started the "healthy you" program and i am in really good shape and having fun. but does anyone have any good ideas of what i can pack for lunch? i am sick of pb and j on whole wheat bread with carrot sticks and a fruit cup. :]

nickjonas-- bring a wrap!! put lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, whatever in a flour tortilla and bring nonfat yogurt, water and one more thing thats healthy. its really yummy!!

mod, i'm so scared. while i was riding my bike, this car stopped in the middle of the road for like five seconds. i thought it was letting me pass, but while i was RIGHT IN BACK OF IT, it just BACKED UP!!! i yelped and rode as fast as i could before it could hit me. my back tire scraped kinda hard against the bumper and probably damaged it somehow. was that my fault???? can they sue me??? i didnt mean to!!!

I LOVE Nastia Liukin!!! She is Amazing!! I love the movie Stick It i didnt know she was in it ***MOD*** who did she play? I thought that was so outragously unfair that she got the silver when she tied with that chinese girl! China cheated! That was totally not in the Olympic spirit! I would be so embarassed and disgraced if I was from China! And that was even worse that they cheated on their own turf! And all those chinese gymnasts are so not 16 years old! Nastia so should have gotten gold!!! I can't believe she reads Twilight, it makes me like her even more! Yeah, she doesn't look 19, but she definitely looks al least 16

hey 2day wuz bomb!!!!! there were sum sophtmores, that thought i wuz a sophtmore (10th grade!!) AHHHHH!!!!!! Thats crazy!!!! lol, and he's like, the total class clown. but, he asked me serius, like he said, "r u a sophtmore?" ME: "Noo.." HIM:"A freashmen?? (he asked me in a puzzeled way and i could tell he wuz suprized wen i nodded!! but i wuz 2 embarressed 2 ask him if i looked like a sophtmore or not!!!! lol........ HA!!! Even mi art teacher mistaked me 4 a soptmore!!!!!! CRAZY, HU??????!!!

I LOVE nastia! And shawn! And yes, Nastia looks way younger then she really is Shawn seems less active in these types of things...like interviews and tv and stuff oh it totally slipped my mind haha shawn's still in high school...duh! my fave olympic athelet is Ian Miller!!! for those of u who do not know he is an equestrian jumper for team CANADA!!!! he got silver!!!! Natsia is also awesome!
